At SAT Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our car rental services.

Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

Cancellation made within the eligible cancellation period as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
SAT Enterprises is unable to provide the confirmed vehicle due to operational reasons.
Duplicate or accidental payments made by the customer.
Any billing error made by SAT Enterprises.

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

No-show without prior notice.
Cancellation after the permitted cancellation period.
Early return of the vehicle before the agreed rental period ends.
Violation of the rental agreement or company policies.
Additional charges incurred during the rental, including traffic fines, fuel charges, cleaning fees, or damage costs.

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
